Our transportation fleet includes Toyota Innova (6-seater), Toyota Alphard Vellfire (7-seater), Hyundai Starex MPV (10-seater). Each transport model has different rates, kindly refer to our website price list table or contact us for more details.
What currency accepted for payment?
At the moment, we only accept Singapore Dollar for payment.

Is food and smoking allowed in your vehicles?
No, we do not allow food and smoking in our vehicles for the comfort and safety of all passengers.
What is your cancellation policy?
Customers may cancel their reservations without incurring additional fees up to 3 days in advance. However, there will be a cancellation charge for cancellations made after that time. If you cancel with less than 48 hours’ notice, we will charge you at least 1-way price.
Is there 24 hour transport provided ?
Yes we offers 24hours transportation services subject to availability.
Do you provide a daily trip or wedding car services? How much do you charge for either?
Yes, we offer daily trip services. But we don't have rent car service. Visit our website for detailed information on pricing and packages.
When will i receive the driver's information?
You will receive your driver's detail on WhatsApp or Wechat information by 24 hours before your scheduled departure.
How do i book a transportation?

When should i make booking?
You can book anytime before the pick-up date. However, to ensure transportation availability, we encourage you to schedule your booking at least 24 hours before you travel.
Is the rates for each vehicle or per person?
All our transport charges are per vehicle and not per passengers.
How do i make payment?
You can make payment by cash to the driver in Singapore Dollar. No credit card is accepted.
Can i book a transportation with more than one stop?
Yes, we offer the flexibility to book transportation with multiple stops. Specify your itinerary during the booking process, and our team will customize the journey accordingly.
Can i make changes for my travel schedule?
Yes, your can make change for your travel schedule. Contact our customer support as soon as possible to make a necessary adjustments subject to availability.
How do i locate my driver at the airport?
You driver will be waiting at the arrival hall and carrying a board that has the passenger's nae on it. Beside your driver has your details and may contact you.
Will there be any surcharge if my flight is delayed?
We usually don't impose a surcharge if you provide us with your flight information during the booking, this will help us to estimate your arrival time. But we will charges for the waiting time, waiting time fee can be nagotiated after the driver arrives and start waiting.
Can we pay the trip via other currencies besides SGD?
At the moment, we only accepted Singapore Dollar for payment.
Is tipping required for the driver?
Tipping is not mandatary, but it is a gesture of appreciation for excellent service. If you are satisfied with your driver's service, feel free to tip according to your preference.
Do you require a prepayment / full payment to confirm our booking before the trip?
Yes deposit is required for booking, balance payment can be cash to driver or Paynow end of each trip.
What kind of payment method acceptance?
We accept both cash or online transfer. You can make your payment by cash to the driver or Paynow to the driver before end of each trip.
What happens is the vehicle breaks down? Will you arrange another one for us immediately?
YES for sure we will arrange replacement on the spot if there is anything happen.
